Antique Brown Silk Quilted Petticoat - Antique Brown Silk Quilted Petticoat, entirely hand made and hand quilted. Silk top, and cotton lining. 35 inches long and 32 inch waist. Along the bottom, a moire ribbon has been applied around the hem, and perpendicular every 11 inches or so. Bottom edge is finished with a wool twill tape.
