18th Century Chinese Armorial Large Porcelain Charger - Qing Dynasty - Chinese export armorial porcelain charger.  These items were typically decorated with a coat of arms, typically for a family or institution.  The text on the banner reads THEODOR.  Possibly Qing Dynasty, Yongzheng period, circa 1726.
