Vintage Pair of Russian Made Lacquer Pill Boxes - A beautiful pair of Russian made lacquer pill boxes crafted from paper-mache. The tallest box features a hand painted Russian cathedral on the lid with Russian words on the lower line and a gold star in the interior. The shorter shows a rural farm scene hand painted on the lid signed and dated in the lower right and potential location listed in the lower left corner in Russian characters. Tallest Dimensions: H 1.5 x W 1.75 x D 2 inches Shorter Dimensions: H 1 x W 1.75 x D 1.75 inches Condition: The tallest has cracks to lacquer at hinges height otherwise both in good condition.
