Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Qilin Dragon Plate - This is a Chinese plate decorated in blue and white with a dragon in the center. The plate is marked on the underside with characters. It measures H 2.25 W 13 inches.  Condition: This piece has obvious damage and repair to it. There is loss to the porcelain around the rim in several places.
