Rare Qing Period Chinese Famille Verte Batchoy With Decorative Box - This rare Chinese famille verte batchoy is from the late Qing/Republic Period. It is encased in a beautifully decorated box in blue with gilt decorations throughout. The interior of the box is lined with yellow silk and has a cutout for the piece. It has an etched marking on the verso of the piece. The piece measures H 9 W 5. 25 inches. It has some damage to the base that is visible. The box measures H 7.25 W 11.5 D 8 inches. Condition: The box has bronze clasps to the front that operate as expected. Some thread pullouts throughout but overall good condition.
