The image is of a man in a chariot being led by three horses and a cherub while several women in traditional flowing antique clothing see him off as he prepares to descend from a cloud.  Measuring H 9 W 12 in Signed on the reverse Aurora and the Beehive Condition- The plaque is in excellent condition with minimal wear where the plaque meets the frame. The frame exhibits signs of normal wear and tear.
