Enameled dial with three hand-painted porcelain plaques at the base-- the center plaque portraying a canvas and colors on landscape, the sides with floral decor. Standing on an ornate base with a family crest featuring oak branches and acorns, two front column feet, and two side lion feet.  Measuring H 15.5 W 16 D 5 in Missing back cover and crystal.
