Signed in pencil lower right Kipniss Editioned lower left 240/260. On a  tan linen mat and silver metal wooden frame measuring H 23.5 W 19 in. It is assumed this work was purchased from Park West Galleries. The labels on verso refer to the care of the work, and to Framemakers and Conservators showroom at the Carlyle Hotel in NYC. The work is in good condition.
