Edith Nagler (1895-1986) American - Edith Kroger Nagler (1895 - 1986) Watercolor on paper, signed lower left ”Edith NAGLER”, piece measures 13 x 19 and 19 x 25 inches w/frame. Artist studied with Robert Henri, and owned a summer home in Huntington Massachusetts on a lane now known as Nagler Crossroad. Her work is in museums in Hartford, Connecticut and Springfield, Massachusetts where she lived in the first part of her career, as well as in Houston museums where she later settled with her artist husband Fred Nagler.
