Nord Bowlen (1909 - 2001) American - Nord Bowlen (1909 - 2001) Oil on canvas, signed lower right ”Nord Bowlen”, piece measures 14 x 18 and 16 x 20 inches with walnut wood frame. Born in North Massachusetts but lived in Greenfield Massachusetts mostof his adult life. He was the Head Designer at the Rogers Lunt & Bowlen Silversmiths and if you search the Lunt Contrast pattern you will see that was one of his and is highly desirable and collected. His work often carried a label from the Southern Vermont Artists from Manchester Vermont Condition: The absence of a condition report does not imply an object is free of defects.
