Collins received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1951, followed by a Master of Fine Arts degree in 1952. From 1953 to 1958, he taught Fine Arts and was Chair of the Art Department of Olivet Nazarene College. For the next 13 years, Harvey taught art at Largo Junior High School and Oak Grove Junior High School, in Clearwater, Florida. He then returned to Olivet Nazarene University as Chairman of the Art Department in 1971, and was awarded a Doctorate by the university in 1982. In 1991, Harvey retired to live with family in his home state of Florida where he continues to create new works of art.” Condition: Good Condition
