Fred Harvey Thunderbird Chimayo Rug - A Fred Harvey symmetrical runner weaving with a thunderbird motif on each side. The Fred Harvey Company specialized in selling Southwest Native American arts including textiles, jewelry, and pottery, to tourists in New Mexico in the late 19th/early 20th centuries. Measures 38-1/2” x 18” wide not including fringe. In good condition outside of fading color consistent with age.
