4 Small Chimayo Weavings Incl. Ortega's - Includes two small weavings with diamond motifs on them, a small weaving with a thunderbird motif, and a tagged Ortega's weaving with a diamond motif on it. Both the brown weaving with the diamond and the weaving with the thunderbird are likely Ortega's as well but have no tag. Chimayo weavings refers to a style of weaving originating out of the small New Mexico village of Chimayo. The style traditionally consists of stripes on each side of the weaving framing a motif in the center. Smallest measures 9-1/2” x 9-3/4” wide. Largest measures 20” x 10” wide.
