With eight-day brass weight-driven movement, time & strike. Includes pendulum, weights, and key. Jacob Hostetter (1754-1831) a pioneer clockmaker of York County, PA. He produced his first clock in 1798 after learning the trade from Richard Chester, the first clockmaker in Hanover.
