Document signed commission requesting "Maj. Gen/ John Grey succeed Maj. Gen. William Keith Elphinstone in the Predidency of Bengal". Signed App'd Victoria Reg on November 23 1841. Triple matted with image of Queen Victoria, information plaque, and letter. With certificate of authenticity on back.
