ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The foo dog (fu dog) is used to scare off evil spirits. The pair of foo dogs are a male and female, keeping their mouths wide open and a menacing look on their faces to scare the evil spirits. This protective foo dog ring is fashioned from yellow gold, and is intricately textured and embellished with bright blue and green enamel. The foo dogs wrap around the finger and their faces meet at the top.
