Precious Ruby and Fine Diamond Ring - Genuine Ruby and Earth-Mined Diamond Ring .  This ring may be dainty, but is full of great features.  Set in 18 karat yellow gold, the nearly 1.00 carat, oval, bright red ruby is prong-set with approximately .18 carats of round, brilliant-cut, near colorless, SI clarity diamonds on the shoulders.  This ring is US size 7 and has an approximate 2.1 mm shank.  This ring can be resized for an additional $100, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
