Faceted, Natural Blue Sapphire Heart-Cut Pendant - Genuine Sapphire Pendant .  This is a 10 karat yellow gold pendant that features a vertical row of 4 natural, rough-cut, faceted blue sapphire hearts that are prong-set and graduate in size from approximately 5 mm to 8 mm.  The pendant is approximately 11/8” long with a hidden bail.  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.   Auction Code: S13/1.2 - mys
