Elegant Emerald in Curb-Link Chain Necklace - Genuine Emerald Necklace .  This necklace shows that less is certainly more!  A single gemstone, an amazingly gorgeous green 4.87 carat emerald-cut emerald is bezel-set  and centered in a 14 karat yellow gold curb link chain.  The emerald is static (does not slide along the chain) and has trussed side galleries and a ribbed under gallery for support.  The setting bears the Oscar Friedman hallmark. The chain is 18” long and approximately 6.5 mm wide.  It is lightweight, hollow, easy to wear.  The chain has a lobster clasp for closure.  This necklace is certified and appraised for  $21,640.00 estimated retail replacement value.
