This is a remarkable statement necklace that features a 30.99 carat, pear-shaped, faceted bezel-set amethyst in a 14 karat white gold pendant that is adorned with 1.81 carats of green sapphires and rubies at the head and point of the gemstone. There is .59 carats of round, brilliant-cut, G-H color, SI1-SI2 clarity diamonds in the halo and the ribbon bail. The finishing touch is the approximate 3 mm hand-applied black enamel that frames the glimmering diamond halo. The pendant is approximately 2" long and 13 mm thick and is suspended from a 14 karat white gold swivel-link chain by a solid bail hinged to a fixed jump ring. The 14 karat white gold chain is 18" long and the pendant is supported with an ornately swirled side gallery that bears the Oscar Friedman hallmark.
