This is a 14 karat yellow gold ring that showcases a 5.18 carat heart-shaped blue sapphire that is prong-set with .29 carats round, brilliant-cut, H-I color, I1 clarity diamonds in the halo and shoulders. The ring is US size 7 and has a supportive under gallery and swirled open gallery. This ring can be resized for an additional $100, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.
