This is a signed Judith Ripka sterling silver and 18 karat yellow gold pink rose quartz over Mother of Pearl heart-shaped pendant that has a hinged bail to convert to an enhancer for pearls or other bead strands. Round Diamoniques are bezel-set in 18 karat yellow gold in three different stations around the heart. The pendant is approximately 1” diameter and bears the Judith Ripka hallmark on the back.
