Diamond & Ruby Brooch, Unique Design - Diamond & Ruby Brooch Pin. The aster flower design brooch/pendant is interictally set with approximately 2.00 carats of round, brilliant-cut diamonds in the petals and a bezel-set, cabochon-cut and polished ruby in the center. The flower is being held by a hand of satin-finished gold with a sleeve cuff that is set with approximately .25 carats of round, brilliant-cut diamonds. The brooch is approximately 1.5” diameter and the pin closure works perfectly. The pin is circa 1940's and 1950's. This is a preowned item in excellent condition.
