This beautiful Italian Murano glass heart has shades of dark chocolate brown to milk chocolate brown inside silver foil and hangs from a 14 karat yellow gold double link chain that is approximately 17” long with a lobster clasp.  The heart is approximately 3/4” diameter.  The entire necklace weighs over 14 grams.  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
