Pink Sapphire and Diamond Ring - Pink Sapphire and Diamond Ring in 18 karat white gold.   This ring features an approximate 8 mm x 6 mm oval, faceted, genuine pink sapphire and approximately 1.00 carats of round, brilliant-cut, near colorless, SI clarity diamonds.  The pink sapphire is nestled in arched ribbons of diamonds.  The ring is approximately 13 mm wide at the top and tapers to 8 mm.  It is US size 7.  This is a preowned item from a Treasure Coast Florida estate and in very good condition.
