Elegant Pearl, Diamond, and Solid Gold Earrings - Pearl and Diamond Earrings 14K.   These elegant earrings feature twisted solid 14 karat  yellow gold that ends with 8-9 mm pearls and is topped with natural round, brilliant-cut diamonds.  The earrings are approximately 1” long and have Omega backs.
