This is an electronically tested 18 karat yellow gold genuine blue sapphire and natural diamond ring.  The polished, cabochon bright blue sapphires are approximately 5 mm x 3 mm each and are prong set.  There is approximately.12 carats round, brilliant-cut diamonds as accent.  The domed ring is US size 5.5.  This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.
