This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold genuine ruby and natural diamond ring. The ring features mixed cut oval and round faceted deep red rubies and round, brilliant-cut diamonds. The ring is US size 7. This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it. This is a preowned estate item in excellent condition.
