Ruby and Baguette Diamond Heart Pendant -  The approximate 1.00 carats of round, faceted rubies are channel-set in an open heart and adorned with a ribbon of .10 carats of baguette diamonds.  The pendant is approximately 3/4” diameter and can be worn on a chain using openings in the top of the heart, or through the heart as a slide.  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
