Face of a Woman Medallion Necklace Italian Gold - This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold and Mine-cut diamond necklace.  The medallion is embossed with the profile of a lovely Roman woman that is adorned with two Mine-cut diamonds.  The medallion hangs from a 16.5” beaded rope chain that is approximately 4 mm thick.  The chain connects to the medallion with a jumbo spring ring and weighs 35 grams.  This is a preowned item in excellent condition.
