Pave' Diamond Puffy Heart Pendant - This is a 14 karat yellow gold natural diamond puffy heart pendant.  The approximate 1 carat of round brilliant-cut diamonds are pave' set across the face of the puffy heart.  The pendant has a lovely honeycomb gallery. The heart is approximately 1” in diameter and 10 mm thick.  The gold is electronically tested and the heart weighs 6.2 grams (4dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
