White Gold Cameo Pendant/Brooch - This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat white gold cameo pendant to brooch convertible.  The cameo features the carved shell bust of a woman with upswept hair filled with large flowers.  She wears a genuine diamond in her necklace and a rose in the bodice of her dress.  The rhombus-shaped cameo is set in a 14 karat white gold bezel with bric-a-brac frame.  It is approximately 2.25” long.   This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
