Ruby and Diamond Retro Ring - This is a stamped and electronically tested 10 karat yellow gold genuine ruby and natural diamond ring  The ring is inspired by turn of the century, Victorian, style.  The .20 carat round, faceted ruby is prong-set in a halo of round, faceted diamonds.  The ring is approximately 3/4” long on the finger and US size 5.25.  This is a preowned item in excellent condition.
