14K Ruby and Diamond Heart Pendant - This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold genuine ruby and natural diamond pendant.  The heart-shaped pendant features approximately 1.00 carat of total gem weight.  The bright red rubies are marquise-shaped and go nicely with the round, brilliant-cut diamonds.  The heart is approximately 7/8” in diameter.  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
