Ruby, Sapphire & Diamond Ring - This is a vintage stamped and electronically tested 18 karat yellow gold genuine ruby, sapphire, and natural diamond ring.  This vintage ring, circa 1940's, has approximately 2 carats of round, brilliant-cut diamonds, rubies, and blue sapphires.  The gemstones are framed with the twisted rope design and supported with a looped under gallery.  The concave shank is hand-enameled.  This ring is US size and weighs 8.7 grams (5.6dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
