This is a (stamped and electronically tested) 14 karat yellow gold blue topaz pendant. The approximate 3 carat pear-shaped Swiss blue topaz is prong-set in a halo of approximately 3 carats of pear-shaped sky blue topaz gemstones. The pendant is approximately 1.25" x 3/4". This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
