Garnet and Pearl Double Heart Brooch/Pendant - This is a vintage 14 karat yellow gold genuine garnet and cultured pearl double heart brooch hat can convert to a pendant with the bail.  There is approximately 1 carat of genuine, round, faceted garnets on one heart and prong-set 3 mm creamy white pearls on the other.  The brooch is approximately 1.5” long and weighs 6.6 grams (4.2dwt).  The pin closure works perfectly.  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
