Blue Sapphire and Diamond Pendant - This is a stamped and electronically tested 14 karat yellow gold lab-grown blue sapphire and natural diamond pendant.  The approximate 3 carat pear-shaped blue sapphire is cradled in a solid gold mounting with a ribbon of round, brilliant-cut diamonds.  The pendant is approximately 1”.  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
