Diamond Heart Pendant - This is a (stamped and electronically tested) 14 karat yellow gold diamond halo pendant.  There is approximately 1 carat of round, brilliant-cut prong-set diamonds in this pendant.  The heart is approximately 7/8” in diameter and weighs 3.9 grams (2.5dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
