Ruby and Diamond Heart Necklace 14K - This is an appraised 14 karat yellow gold genuine ruby and natural diamond heart pendant on a chain.  The 4.64 carats of oval rubies are prong-set in a heart shaped pendant with a halo of .35 carat round, brilliant-cut diamonds.  The pendant is approximately 1” diameter and hangs from an 18”  fine rope chain with a lobster clasp.  The entire necklace weighs 6.7 grams (4.3dwt).  This necklace is appraised for $5,330.00 estimated retail value.
