6 MM Pearl, Sapphire, Diamond Pendant - This is a (stamped and electronically tested) 14 karat yellow gold cultured pearl, genuine sapphire, and natural diamond pendant.  The approximate 6.4 mm creamy white cultured pearl with rose overtones, is set in a halo of approximately .25 carats of genuine round, faceted blue sapphires with .05 carats of round, brilliant-cut natural diamonds.  The pendant is approximately 1/2” diameter.  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
