”Romanza” Flip Ring Cameo & Onyx 14K - This is a vintage ”Romanza” 14 karat white gold flip ring.  One side features a black onyx with a natural diamond in the center.  Flip it and the other side reveals a carved cameo with a woman wearing a diamond necklace.  The ring is US size 7 and weighs 5.6 grams (3.6dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
