Carved Cameo Ring 18K - This is an electronically tested 18 karat yellow gold carved cameo ring.  The cameo features the bust of a woman with upswept hair. Cameo rings are really found in 18 karat gold.  The ring is approximately 3/4” long on the finger and US size 7.5.  It weighs 4.3 grams (2.8dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
