Ruby and Diamond Halo Ring 18K - This is an 18 karat yellow gold ruby and natural diamond ring.  The emerald-cut ruby is double-prong set in a ring with natural round, faceted diamonds in the halo and on the shoulders.   The ring is hallmarked and stamped inside the shank.  The ring is US size 7.  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
