Diamond Band 14K - This is a 14 karat yellow gold and natural diamond band.  The approximate .50 carats of round, brilliant-cut diamonds are channel-set in a row of swirled 14 karat yellow gold.  The ring is US size 7 and has an approximate 3.5 mm shank.  The ring is hallmarked SB and stamped 14K.  The ring weighs 4 grams (2.6dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
