Diamond Heart Pendant 10K White Gold - This is a 10 karat white gold natural diamond heart pendant.  The approximate .03 round, brilliant-cut diamond is set in a 10 karat white gold puffy, reticulated heart that is raised up with small hearts all along the side.  The pendant is approximately 5/8” and weighs 1.8 grams (1.2dwt).  The pendant is hallmarked and stamped with a circle M and 10K.  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
