Blue Topaz & Ring 10K - This is a 10 karat yellow gold blue topaz ring with cubic zirconias.  The approximate 7 carat pear-shaped Swiss blue topaz is flanked by a row of cubic zirconias.  The ring is hallmarked ”CI” (Caspian International, Raleigh, NC) inside the shank.  The ring is US size 5 and weighs 6 grams (3.9dwt).  This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
