2 CT Sapphire & Diamond Ring Etruscan-Style 14K - This is a 14 karat yellow gold Etruscan-style sapphire and diamond ring.  The approximate 2 carat genuine oval-cut blue sapphire is bezel set in a 15 mm wide ornate ring with approximately .20 carats of round, brilliant-cut, near colorless, SI diamonds that are also bezel-set.  The ring is US size 10.25 and weighs 15.8 grams (10.1dwt).  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
