18K Rose Gold Ruby and Diamond Ring - This is an 18 karat rose gold vintage ruby and diamond ring.  The ring is a high dome style ring with approximate 1 mm early-modern faceted rubies and diamonds set flush in a mixed high polished and florentine finished 18 karat gold design.  The ring is US size 7 and weighs 5.2 grams (3.4dwt).  The ring tapers from 12 mm x 5 mm.  This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
