1.85 CT Emerald and Diamond Enhancer 18K - This is an (electronically tested) 18 karat yellow gold genuine emerald and diamond enhancer. The cabochon emerald is approximately 9 mm x 7 mm (nearly 2 carats) and is surrounded by approximately .50 carats of round, brilliant-cut diamonds.  The enhancer has a hinged bail.
